This class focuses on body awareness, conditioning the core and balance by learning how to move the body in a healthy way in order to strengthen, avoid injury,and reinforce proper movement principles. The class uses a diverse selection of music and integrates rhythm and sequencing fusing mind and body while exercising. Expressive movement enhances agility, fluidity and musicality.
