Inspired by Mark Morris Company’s Dance for PD® and created for individuals with Parkinson’s Disease and neuromuscular disorders. Program is based in classical and contemporary dance and uses artistry and beautiful music, integrating movement variety for balance, rhythm, flexibility, strength and stability. The classes also enhance self-confidence, socialization, connection and joy of movement.
